Online personal training
Online personal training that fits your life
Your coach's workouts, meal plans, check-ins and messages in one app on your phone.

What do I get?
A plan built for you, on your phone: today's workout, your meals, a weekly check-in and a direct line to your coach.
Workouts
Follow each session set by set, with exercise demos, and log your weights and reps as you go.
Meal plans and food diary
Follow your meal plan, or log food by search or barcode, with nutrition data from USDA FoodData Central.
Weekly check-ins
A short form, a few photos and your numbers, reviewed by your coach.
Messages
Talk to your coach directly, and share photos, without leaving the app.
Progress
Weight, lift PRs and habit trends over time, plus steps and sleep from Apple Health on iPhone.
How do check-ins work?
On the schedule your coach sets, usually once a week, you fill in a short form with your numbers, how the week felt and progress photos. Your coach reviews it and replies with feedback in the app.
Don't have a coach yet?
You can still train with HydroFitness. A membership gives you programs and meal plans on your own, or 1:1 coaching with Nathan Hudson.
Become a memberFrequently asked questions
- Do I pay HydroFitness?
- No. When you join your coach, their plan covers your use of the app. Your coach sets and collects their own coaching fee.
- Where do I find my coach's code?
- Your coach gives it to you. It's six characters long, and they can also send an invite link or email that fills it in for you.
- Does it work with my watch or fitness tracker?
- On iPhone, HydroFitness reads steps and sleep from Apple Health today. Garmin, Oura, WHOOP, Withings, Strava, Polar and Fitbit connections switch on as each brand approves the app.
- Who can see my data?
- You and your coach's team. Your workouts, food log, check-ins and messages are never shown to other clients, and device data is shared with your coach only if you turn sharing on.
- What phone do I need?
- Any recent phone. HydroFitness runs in your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen. The iPhone app is on its way to the App Store, with Android to follow.
