What can I do for my clients?

Write programs, build meal plans, run weekly check-ins and message every client, all from one coach dashboard.

  • Programs and workouts

Build workouts from a full exercise library, group them into multi-week programs and schedule them on each client's calendar.

  • Meal plan builder

Set macro targets and build meal plans from foods with nutrition data from USDA FoodData Central.

  • Check-ins

Send weekly forms with numbers, ratings and progress photos, then review each one and reply with feedback.

  • Messaging

Message each client one to one, or send a broadcast to all of them at once.

  • AI drafts

Let HydroFitness AI draft a workout, program or meal plan from your own library. You edit and approve it before a client sees it.

How do clients join me?

Share your six-character coach code or your invite link. Clients sign up at hydrofitness.app/join and land straight in your account, ready for their first program.

Can I brand it?

Yes. Clients see your business name on every plan, and the Elite plan adds your own logo, brand colours and app name across the client app.

How do I get paid?

Not through HydroFitness yet. Built-in client payments are on the roadmap; until then, keep charging clients the way you do today, and your clients use the app free under your account.

Does it work with wearables?

Yes, for iPhone users today: clients can share steps and sleep from Apple Health. Garmin, Oura, WHOOP, Withings, Strava, Polar and Fitbit connections are built and switch on as each brand approves HydroFitness.

Clients decide whether their coach sees device data, and can turn sharing off at any time.

What do coach plans cost?

Start on Free with up to 3 clients, or try Pro free for 14 days with no card needed. Your clients don't pay HydroFitness anything to work with you.

How does it compare to Everfit, Trainerize and TrueCoach?

Those apps have been around longer and connect to more tools. HydroFitness is newer and focuses on AI drafting and nutrition quality.

  • AI that works from your library. Drafts use your exercises and real food data, and nothing reaches a client until you approve it.
  • Food quality, not just macros. HydroScore rates every food and flags the ingredients you've told clients to avoid.
  • A younger product. Fewer integrations and a smaller community today. If you depend on a specific integration, compare the details before you switch.

What do clients say?

“You changed my life.”

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. Sign up with your name, business name and email, and you get 14 days to run real clients through HydroFitness before you pick a plan.
Can I use my own exercises?
Yes. Add your own exercises with your own demo videos, copy any built-in exercise to edit it, and hide the built-ins you don't use.
Who can see my clients' data?
Only your business. Each client's workouts, food logs, check-ins and messages are visible to their coach's team and nobody else. Device data is shared only if the client turns sharing on.
Does the AI cost extra?
Paid coach plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits for drafting workouts, programs and meal plans. If you run out, you can buy a top-up pack.
What do my clients need to install?
Nothing yet. HydroFitness runs in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen. The iPhone app is on its way to the App Store, with Android to follow.
